Cyril Johnston History in Farming
Our dealings with the farming industry began in the early 1950s with the fitting of diesel engine conversions to Ferguson petrol tractors. This led to the sale of secondhand tractors and items of used farm machinery which led to acquiring the franchises for the first Howard Rotaspreaders and Taarup forage harvesters to Ireland in the 1960s. The Company progressed to being appointed as a main Ford tractor dealer right through to the 1980s when circumstances dictated a change of franchise to Massey Ferguson. This relationship has continued through to the new millennium and has been strengthened with the addition of the full Kverneland equipment range to our existing range of Taarup forage equipment and by our recent appointment as both Vicon and Bomford dealers.Featured Products
